 Reality – Are you comfortable with your image (how did you arrive) - and what, if any, are the changes you
would like to make?
 Options – Consider the present - and, embrace the future support that may be open to you. Perhaps by joining a
gym or weight management class.
 What are you will/ing to do - Think about personal actions - and, what can take place to help promote change.
For instance: calling in at your local gym or leisure centre for a personal fitness assessment could begin the
process of an even more confident and-successful-you!
