2. Television Industry
Public television broadcasting started in the United Kingdom in
1936, and now has a collection of free and subscription services
over a variety of distribution media, through which there are
over 480 channels for consumers as well as on-demand content.
There are six main channel owners who are responsible for most
viewing.
3. Press Industry
The press are the companies that publish world news and
newspapers, journalists and paparazzi will produce stories and
images to be shown to the public. The press mainly focus on
celebrities but are also very focused on the current affairs
around the world.
4. Film Industry
The entertainment industries involved in producing and
distributing movies. Film production takes place at motion-
picture studios—enterprises that specialize in various types of
films, such as motion pictures, documentaries, science
films, educational films, and animated cartoons.
5. The printing industry prints products ranging from
newspapers, magazines, and books to
brochures, labels, newsletters, postcards, memo pads, business
order forms, checks, maps, T-shirts, and packaging.

6. The "radio industry" is a general term for any company or public service provider who is
involved with the broadcast of radio stations.
Radio broadcasters can be broken into at least two different groups:
- Public service broadcasters are funded in whole or partly through public money. This may
be through money received directly from the government, or, as in the UK, through a license
fee. The license fee is typically protected by law and set by the government, and is required
for any household which contains equipment which can be used to receive a TV signal.
- Commercial broadcasters (also called Independent Local Radio in the UK) are largely funded
through the sales of advertising spots on their radio station. Commercial stations are often
quite local, and may have some public service commitments within their permit.

7. Advertising & Marketing Industry
The advertising and marketing industry covers all forms
of advertising such as posters and TV advertisements.
Most companies use advertising in order to generate
interest in products and services but advertising can
also be used solely to inform people about something.
