User’s Guide

3. LOGIN PAGE
Login Page
Same account in pis.depediloilo.ph is
used to login in the website.
For first time users, click Register to
enroll an user account.
For registered user, sign-in using your
registered email address (preferably
deped email account) and your
password. Click the Sign In button.

4. DASHBOARD PAGE
Dashboard Page
The first page that will appear upon
signing in. This page contains basic
information about the system and
personal information about the user
once the account has been linked
into the personnel database of the
division.

5. Administration
Administration - Accounts
This page will allow you to add,
remove, and assign admin accounts
into the system.
Step 1 : Click the Manage Personnel
Accounts
to view list of personnel from your
pis.depediloilo.ph accounts.
Step 5 : Click folder Icon to set
account role of the personnel added.
NOTE: Listed personnel is based on
pis.depediloilo.ph system.. You need
to set or add personnel via the
personnel information system
(pis.depediloilo.ph).

6. Certificate
School Settings
This page will allow you to add
information or data needed in the
certificate or diploma. Every grade
level which requires to generate
certificate must have an entry. Please
refer DepEd Order 002, s. 2019.
Step 1 : Click the Add School Settings
to add school settings.
Step 2 : Click Edit Icon to open the
dialog box to add school data. Set
Grade Level Applied For.
NOTE: It is important that the
following grade level must have an
entry depends on the school category:
Kindergarten
Grade 6
Grade 10
Grade 12

7. Certificate
List of Completers – School
Admin
This page will allow you to add or
mass upload completers.
Step 1 : Click the wrench tool icon
to download and upload the excel
template.
Step 2 : Click Edit Icon to open the
dialog box to modify completer’s
information.
NOTE: Upload the excel template
based on the grade level selected.

8. Certificate
List of Completers – School Head
This page will allow the School Head
account to validate the completer’s
data.
Step 1 : Click the Unvalidated Icon
to Validate the completer’s data.
Step 2 : Click Validated Icon
to Unvalidate the completer’s data.
NOTE: If the completer’s certificate
can only be printed if it is validated.
Only the School Head account can
Validate and Unvalidate the
completer’s the data.

9. Certificate
Print– School Admin
This page will allow the School Head
account to validate the completer’s
data.
Step 1 : Click the Print Icon
to Print the completer’s certificate.
NOTE: If the completer’s certificate
can only be printed if it is validated.
Only the School Head account can
Validate and Unvalidate the
completer’s the data.
