IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The June 14, 2010 Status Conference date is hereby rescheduled for December
13, 2010 at 8:30 am.
The December 13, 2010 Status Conference date is subject to change in the
event the U.S. Supreme Court denies certiorari (“Denial”) in Marshall v. Marshall,
which date may be changed to a date that is thirty (30) days from the date of the
Denial either to (a) an earlier date that is thirty (30) days from the date of the Denial;
or (b) to a later date that is 30-days from the date of the Denial, in the event the Denial
is received within 30-days of the new December 13, 2010 Status Conference date. If
no action is taken by the U.S. Supreme Court by December 6, 2010, the parties will
either appear on December 13, 2010 and so notify the Court or file another Stipulation
to continue the Status Conference date;
The new Status Conference date may be scheduled via the parties’ submission
of a joint stipulation, subject to the Court’s schedule;
