2-DAYS HOLIDAY WORKSHOP- SEPTEMBER
Great NEWS! Our September workshop turned out to be an inclusive holiday workshop
with regards of typical or atypical development children! We observed great surprises that
the children brought to us by taking care of each other and giving good examples of
being a good friend!
During the outing, children worked in team to hunt for plants and icons in Gardens by the
Bay. After that, they had fun playing water at the Waterplay area. We are glad that the
children had fun for the two days!

TIPS: KNOWING YOUR CHILD’S
COMMUNICATION NEEDS
TIPS: IMPLICATIONS FOR COMMUNICATIONS
Offer child-centred stories and characters (e.g: create
conversation that focused on the child’s interest and preference but not
too focus on the content that might not mean to you but it might mean a lot
to your child)
Model pro-social actions such as kindness,
conflict resolution and caring about others
Offer strong, positive adult and child role
models with high moral standards
Present stories about friendship, loyalty and
“doing the right thing”
