One of its Kind MEGA project in KSA with a total built up area of 1,247,000(m2) that includes
160,000RT Chilled water plant, 70M watt Generator plant ,300M watt MV substations, 700
escalators, 300 elevators, 600 Ton/day waste collection plant, 7600 numbers of integrated
security cameras, 3375 number of speakers and 15000 toilet etc.
Duties -Procurement all discipline MEP based on technical and submittal approved.
- Insure cost analysis and control budget based on cost approved.
- Utilize the BIM format to prepare a BIM model of the planned constructions.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the BIM team and its activities.
- Ensure the BIM activities are concluded within the set budget.
- Help in presentation of BIM model to the management and take their
feedback.
- Verify if the BIM model complies with the planned dimensions of the building.
- Prepare time schedule to deliver projects on time with all requirement.
