One of its Kind MEGA project in KSA with a total built up area of 1,247,000(m2) that includes
160,000RT Chilled water plant, 70M watt Generator plant ,300M watt MV substations, 700
escalators, 300 elevators, 600 Ton/day waste collection plant, 7600 numbers of integrated
security cameras, 3375 number of speakers and 15000 toilet etc.
Duties -Procurement all discipline MEP based on technical and submittal approved.
- Insure cost analysis and control budget based on cost approved.
- Utilize the BIM format to prepare a BIM model of the planned constructions.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the BIM team and its activities.
- Ensure the BIM activities are concluded within the set budget.
- Help in presentation of BIM model to the management and take their
feedback.
- Verify if the BIM model complies with the planned dimensions of the building.
- Prepare time schedule to deliver projects on time with all requirement.
- Prepare total quantity and types for each project.
- Determine space and man power for each project as finishing team (painting,
proofing, tiles and …., etc.) and electro mechanical subcontractor to install
(lighting, flush valves, sensor box, and ….etc.)
- Deliver all to consultant and then send to project after inspection and
documented.
- Follow material submittals approval in coordination with technical office for
each project.
- Prepare MSR (Material request) and purchase order.
- Ensure timely and complete project documentation including minutes of
meeting, review comments, design decisions, technical white papers,
alternatives analysis, engineering studies, etc.
- Prepare exhibits and presentations to effectively communicate project design
features to non-technical staff.
- Maintain up-to-date project files in a systematic manner.
- Follow production and prepare daily report and weekly report for consultant
and each project’s site, and need’s for each site based on computable time
schedule.

Duties - Develop all procurement system by oracle and connected by store with MIR approval
- Develop and promote new strategies for effective working of BIM model
- Perform quality analysis tests to check consistency of the product with the plans
- Liaise with the architect, clients, civil engineers from time to time
- Train the team members on developing the BIM model and using BIM software
- Upgrade the organization's BIM model with advancements in BIM technologies
- Work with BIM team to develop all shop drawing for site and Hi technology to transfer from
2D to 3D to get best imagination and touch every details on drawing with perfect tools
Revit Autodesk for Architecture, structural and MEP, and get bill of quantity and planning

SBG - Architecture and Building Construction Division - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia pre casting Factory For Haram Expansion project (POD's Factory) One of its Kind MEGA project in KSA with a total built up area of 1,247,000(m2) that includes 160,000RT Chilled water plant, 70M watt Generator plant ,300M watt MV substations, 700 escalators, 300 elevators, 600 Ton/day waste collection plant, 7600 numbers of integrated security cameras, 3375 number of speakers and 15000 toilet etc. Duties -Procurement all discipline MEP based on technical and submittal approved. - Insure cost analysis and control budget based on cost approved. - Utilize the BIM format to prepare a BIM model of the planned constructions. - Provide leadership and supervision to the BIM team and its activities. - Ensure the BIM activities are concluded within the set budget. - Help in presentation of BIM model to the management and take their feedback. - Verify if the BIM model complies with the planned dimensions of the building. - Prepare time schedule to deliver projects on time with all requirement. - Prepare total quantity and types for each project. - Determine space and man power for each project as finishing team (painting, proofing, tiles and …., etc.) and electro mechanical subcontractor to install (lighting, flush valves, sensor box, and ….etc.) - Deliver all to consultant and then send to project after inspection and documented. - Follow material submittals approval in coordination with technical office for each project. - Prepare MSR (Material request) and purchase order. - Ensure timely and complete project documentation including minutes of meeting, review comments, design decisions, technical white papers, alternatives analysis, engineering studies, etc. - Prepare exhibits and presentations to effectively communicate project design features to non-technical staff. - Maintain up-to-date project files in a systematic manner. - Follow production and prepare daily report and weekly report for consultant and each project’s site, and need’s for each site based on computable time schedule. - Follow delivery and logistic for deliverable between site’s and factory based on need’s - Follow design and approved shop drawing for casting. - Attending internal construction coordination meetings. - Attending coordination meetings with the client discussing construction progress, solve contradiction issues related to quality and project technical specifications (PTS). - Fulfillment of subcontractor agreement in regards of quality, progress invoicing and claims. - Follow up discrepancies with vendors, raise claims. - Coordinate with Project Management the construction schedule implementation and comments, solve schedule conflicts, identifying the critical path and driving activities/milestones.
