6. What is the meaning of the organization ?
Organizations have major subsystems such as departments, programs,
divisions & teams etc.
Each of these subsystems has a way of doing things to along with other
subsystems achieve the overall goals of the organization.
How you interpret each of the above major parts of an organization
depends very much on your values and the nature.
People can absolutely view organization as machines, organisms, families, groups
etc.

It was founded in 1999.
SLIIT is a member of the association of common wealth
universities and international association of universities.
SLIIT enrolls approximately 7000 undergraduate and graduate

Responsibility has been defined in various ways.
Mostly it is considered to be the duty to perform certain assigned
tasks in a satisfactory manner.
It is governed by contractual as well as moral obligations.
Contractual obligations ensure that the job is done and morality
ensures that it is done honestly and efficiently.
Since responsibility is an obligation that a person accepts, it
cannot be delegated to the subordinate even if the activity is
performed by the subordinate.

command.
According to Henry Fayol, Authority is the right
to give orders and the power to exact obedience.
The authority gives the management the power
to enforce obedience.
It is the power to give orders and make sure that
these orders are obeyed.
