This document proposes combining precision farming and zero budget farming techniques to help address issues facing Indian agriculture. It outlines the techniques used in precision and zero budget farming such as soil mapping, natural pesticides and seed treatment. A plan is proposed to establish an organization with various teams to implement, fund, train and market the new approach. Cost projections estimate 5 crore rupees annually needed. Benefits include increased yields, reduced costs and stress for farmers, improved soil and environment. Risks and challenges are also discussed along with mitigation strategies. The resolution aims to help solve food security and economic issues through revitalizing sustainable Indian agriculture.

Though agriculture often plays a contributory role in the 'Gross Domestic Product' - GDP - of
most countries, it nevertheless requires a substantial boost from both the local and the
international community.
Agriculture is the only natural way of providing the food production that is vital for
everyone
Agriculture is also important from the point of view of appraising the standard of a country's
development
Today, the importance of agriculture lies in the fact that it is practiced both for subsistence as
well as commercial reasons!
The development of agriculture depends first on policy, and second on science. There is
neither any limit to developments in science and technology, nor to the role that they can
play in the field of agricultural growth'.
3. Human Contributions
•Indian Farmers suicides contribution towards the declination of worlds population is by 10% , in 2010
•Lack of interest towards agriculture in the present generation.
•Curiosity towards Non-Agricultural Sectors like MNCs.
•Loss of fertility of land due to excess use of pesticides.
•Due to repetition of crops without any gap after harvesting of one crop
Nature contributions
•Due to the floods , droughts and some unexpected natural calamities, by which there is a huge loss due to
the destruction of fields.
•Unavailability of water resources and uncertainty in rain fall.
4. •Using the technologies GPS ( Global Positioning System
) and REMOTE SENSING.
•Collected data information – to evaluate optimum
sowing density, estimate fertilizers etc., and to more
accurately predict crop yields.
PRECISION FARMING
•No monetary investment on the part of farmer is
required for purchase of seeds, fertilizers as he can
produce natural seeds , manure and it makes him
self-reliant.
•It is claimed that one cow is sufficient to take up this
method of farming on thirty acres of land.

6. This resolution is the combination of both Precision Farming and Zero Budget Farming.
Satellite based soil maps helps us in understanding the land potential for farming.
As the required land is selected, chisel ploughing does the even mixture of soil not making the soil
hard.
Seed Treatment with Beejamrutha -Mixture of Water, Desi cow dung &urine ,One handful of soil
from the surface of field and Lime
Treatment of soil with Jeevamrutha –Mixture of Water, Desi cow dung &urine ,Jaggery, four of any
pulse, One handful of soil from the surface of fie
Drip irrigation controls the wastage of water and it evenly distributes water over the land.
Plant protection with natural Fungicides and Insecticides (Fungicides- Butter milk fermented for
five days ,Water , Desi cow Milk ,Black Pepper Powder, Water and Insecticide 1- Powder of neem
seed or Neem leaves, Water 2. Cow dung ,Cow urine,Neem leaves, Water
The process of combining both the techniques helps us in greater yields and get rid of harmful
pesticides and we will be able to have a healthy INDIA….
7. Enhanced productivity of crops by 60-80% .
High end quality parameters and 30% premium price in the market.
Water economy by 30-40% .
Extended period of harvest to match lean season in market.
Less labor dependence.
Empowerment of farmers
(Technical, Economical and social empowerment).
Pollution reduced environment.
No use of chemical pesticides.
Adequate protection to crops from endemic and epidemic pests by home made
natural pesticides.
Increase in enormous biological activity in soil by use of Jeevamrutha.
Thus this method will overcome the present methods in all aspects.
