In 4 - Pillar type presses the operator has access from three sides of the
Press. Pillars also act as bearing rods for the moving platten. In addition
in the deep drawing applications, these presses also ideally used for
Trans molding, vertical injection moulding, rubber molding, FRP &
DMC molding, capacities of upto 1000Tons, are manufactured
as per customer requirement .

These presses have the capacity of up to a maximum
capacity of 1500 Tons. They are manufactured for the
following applications like punching, bending, deep - drawing,
rubber, bakelite & plastic molding, coining, crimping, slotting,
trimming etc.

Open – throat 'C' Frame Presses are manufactured to a maximum
of 300 Tons capacity with varying strokes arid bed sizes for simple
applications such as riveting, embossing, punching, straightening,

250 TON 12 CAVITY TABLET MAKING PRESS
250 Ton hydraulic press has been designed to make 12 tablets of
dia 80mm with the height of 30 mm of 300 grams each having the
weight tolerance of plus minus 2%
These presses are available in different sizes and model used by both Indian and international user. These presses
are available in different models and used for almost all type of scrap such as, light and medium metal scrap,
turning and boring scrap, tube mill end cutting and welding flex of mill, Aluminum scrap , Aluminum section,
Brass Scrap, Steel and Aluminum utensils, Corrugated Box, Utensil scrap, Sheet Cutting and may more.

material as INPUT SHAFT is of FORGED ALLOY STEEL (EN-24)
ULTRASONICALLTY TESTED, GEARS is of FORGED ALLOY
STEEL (EN-19) ULTRASONICALLTY TESTED SHRINK FITTED ON
CAST IRON CETNER, MAIN HOUSING is fabricated or casted with
high quality steel dully precociously machined as per design on Boring
Machine and stress relieved.

TESTED, OUTPUT SHAFT is of FORGED ALLOY STEEL
(EN-8 or EN-9) ULTRASONICALLTY TESTED MAIN HOUSING is
fabricated or casted with high quality steel dully precociously
machined as per design on Boring Machine and stress relieved, SHAFT
EXTENSION fitted with ground keys, lubrication system forced
lubrication, these stands are available in two and three stages as per
customer requirement.

The advantages of using Geared Coupling on all directly connected machinery is now
recognized and appreciated by engineers and operating men. Gear couplings are intended
to compensate for the usual and unavoidable errors in alignment and should allow free
lateral flowto the connected shafts. Even when favourable conditions permit perfect
alignment to the two Shafts, there is no assurance they will remain so, the vibrations, the
sinking of foundation, wear of bearings and inaccuracies in machining are all common
