Quick accreditation in the Abrint event
How did Abrint check in more than 5,000
participants in less than 5 seconds at the largest
event of regional providers in Latin America?
The event took place from May 31 to June 2 in São Paulo.
Abrint 2017 is the national meeting of all Internet providers
in the country, which includes Abrint associates and several
companies linked to the telecommunications and broadband
The event aims to engage, inform, guide and showcase new
products aimed at the segment.
One of the challenges of this event was to expedite the accreditation of the participants in a way that
was quick and easy, as more than 5,000 participants were expected. In addition, Abrint wanted a
management platform and application for the event that could:
● Promote engagement and disseminate information throughout the event in addition to
organizing the list of participants, displaying the agenda of the event and promoting
sweepstakes during the event;
● Control access to the event rooms;
● Moderate in-app content actions.
The event app was developed and customized with the
