3. COMPETITIONIsover multicomfort house 2010
The subject of the competition was the revitalization of the old industrial
building at the periphery of Paris. A careful study of demographic
parameters, social-cultural conditions, led us to knowlage of the ethnic
diversity, which entails different customs, ways of life, interpretation of art
...
Purpose is adapted allpresent sub-cultures, through various forms of
assembly, expansion and integration. Open, semi-open and closed
manifestation spaces, amphitheater, education, commercial rooms and
radio stations with the editorials in the several languages are the spatial
units within a given area. In open areas, there is room for extreme
sports, street art, and recreation. The bottom line is the
comprehensiveness of sub-cultural unity, which will bring together and
educate the local population within a space-functional medium.
Applied measures are sustainable energy, reflected in proper balance
and circulation of air, reduced space heating with solar energy, and yet
distinct brightness of space. Use of alternative geo-thermal energy
sources, as well as the potential of wind and natural vertical air
circulation.
The project won the second prize in the national competition and has
advance to the international level.

buildings are designed as lamellas in a shearing row, to
an independent green micro ambients in front of the
entrances, as well as the hinterlands. This way has achieved
desired dynamics of the facade, as it is in the design
to avoid the monotony of a continuous series.
Common areas to inland of parcels are designed as micro
units of various purposes, and therefore is diversified by
finishing. Large green space, bordered by access roads is a
common park area for all users of buildings.
Access paths and plateaus are adapted, as well as the
required number of housing units and parking spaces for the
movement of persons with special needs. The units have the
required quantitative parameters designed comfortable and
cozy, to meet the needs of all users.
5. DESIGNCONTESTfor the model of traditional Serbian house_MORAVIAN
The building was modeled on the final stadium of the original folk architecture,
physically and functionally developed around a central room in the role of the hearth,
and family reunification, which in contemporary interpretation replaces integrative
unity of living room and dining room. The symbolism of the hearth, preserved through
the appearance of the fireplace, which in addition to symbols, has the role of furnaces
for central hot water heating system on solid fuel.
On the sides are arrayed service rooms, rooms for work and household, as well as
bedroom unit with a separate toilet, which can be accessed via foyer, forming both
physically and functionally separate whole.Communication corridor is in the final
process and the materialization adapted to rural life, and the presence of the rooms
for storing tools, firewood, ... Traditional artistry porch, is designed for users to stay
outdoors under eaves
The orientation of the building and the disposition of windows on the facade allows
the presence of daylight and natural ventilation of rooms in the most efficient manner,
considering the purpose of room. Panes in their dimension, trying to preserve the
spirit of vernacular architecture, gaining the necessary minimum dimensions to
achieve visual comfort in the house.
Applied materials and their processing are traditional, such as wood, hollow tiles,
stone, using modern ways of forming ventilated "sandwich" walls in order to achieve
high energy characteristics of the building.
Dimensional analysis of the proportional relation of horizontal and vertical planes and
their parts, delivers two distinctive modules, which, with its repetition suggests
uniformity in the formation of both the continent and subcontinent as well.
Competition solution was awarded as an equivalent purchase, because the second
and third prizes has not been assigned.

6. COMPETITIONfor design the building of TV Vojvodina
The primary objective in the design of home of "Television Vojvodina" was in its
complex structure, with seted parameters, enable the connection of functional spatial
entities, with reference to the maximum implementation of the factors that enable
energy sustainability.
Utilization present winds at the site is reflected in the façade design that uses air flow
direction for natural ventilation of space, while the vertical air movement, respectively
absence of fields of high pressure, and thus temperature uniformity (economical
refrigeration during the summer, as well as additional heating in the winter)
determined implementation of the atrium in poslvni and production tract. The greenery
at the site was planted so that, in addition to wind barriers, achieve favorable shading
of facility in the summer.
The building has a compact structure with energy-balanced shell to minimize heat
losses, that allowes sufficient area of free space for the organization of road
infrastructure, both mobile, and stationary. In addition to parking for motor vehicles,
which are present on the terrain, but also in the basement, with a optimal number of
vehicle parking places for people with special needs, it is also bicycle parking, which
is largely used as primary transport. The symbolism of the north facade, oriented to
the river from which open vistas toward the building, is in a light that simulates the
signal of color scheme of the television screen.
The studios are positioned at the intersection of two tracts - the business tract and
production tract, with closely spaced directing rooms, warehouses, production areas
... Within two mentioned tract, office spaces are arrayed around the atrium, by related
jobs, with relieved horizontal communication by walkways, trying to get in fully
achieve the required surface spaces. Vertical communications and technical channels
are projected in the central zones of partitions of the building, with the same goal - to
shorten the path of the users, power cables, thermo-technical installations.
7. COMPETITIONfor the conceptual design of the city sports center "MASTER" in
The aim of the project was to harmoniously match spatial-functional organization with
a formal architectural expression, where the construction contributes to strength of
reduced expression and recognition, while the materialization gave a final face of the
architectural event.
The main goal of the spatial organization of the building is the smooth functioning of
all content at the same time , it is most difficult to achieve for sporting events with a
maximum capacity utilization stands (many visitors). For this reason, there are
provided four entrance area, two of them operate in run-time object, and the other
when there are sport events in the main hall .
In the building itself are clearly highlighted and separated vertical communication for
spectators of sport events and other users as well as a composition of stairs for
athletes, VIP box, employers, and so the building is functionally zoned, which allows
the separation of fire zones.
The entrance hall is the focal point of assembly. Next to the reception, there are many
shops with handy warehouses, also in the entrance hall are added vertical
communication for facility users. On the ground floor are located wellness center with
a 24m pool, underwater massage, hydro massage bath, hydro massage showers, a
salt room, massage rooms and saunas, as well as a medical center, which is
functionally connected with all other parts of the building (contains offices for physical
therapy , sports medicine, first aid) .On the opposite side of the building is the official
entrance, staircase and reception room, office with toilet and a kitchenette,
wardrobes, central warehouse, transformer stations.
On the first floor there is a gym with telescopic stands (all stands are transformable,
according to the needs of the sport that is played), adaptable to all sports in the hall
and especially basketball and volleyball competition which meets European
standards.
The need of forming a functional center for sports in the center of Zemun is inevitable,
because in the vicinity there are a several sports halls mainly non-standardized for
the facilitation of international competitions, which are not related to a facility, but
there are a number of different locations. Multi-functionality of the sports center as
well as the location, an advantage of complex. Comprehensiveness of content with
the addition of easy accessibility in mind good access roads, as well as future city
metro line that will connect the building with practically every part of the city, a
planned connection to the future hotel, makes this object desirable both for
recreational athletes and for athletes who require an unified content. The proposed
solution for the City Center "Master" meets all the requirements of this clear functional
architectural expression of form and meets the high standards of the contemporary
needs of the user.

8. COMPETITIONfor preliminary urban-architectural design for the building of social and affordable housing in „
The designed architectural and urban structure, primarily aims to sustainability, facilitatied exploitation, flow, availability
of content and a compact morphology, for reasons of promoting energy characteristics. The basic structural unit is the
apartment, that is intended for different groups of users, or the structure of the household, by competition task.
Reduced surface of serving content within residential units, suitable orientation, natural ventilation, sun light, and
maximizing the daily zone within the minimum required Area, is an main goal in the space-functional organization of
the apartment.

Following external and internal activities are adapted to different ages (such as playgrounds, parks, exercise in the
open, bowling, common rooms for social games, chess, ...), as well as people with limited mobility. In addition,
projected the required number of parking slots for people with special needs, spaces for bikes, tenants leave, half-
open garage and outdoor parking.
9. COMPETITIONfor design for the facade of residental and office building at the city of Subotica
Interpolated object complies with all zoning regulations, respect all horizontal displacement and vertical level of
the surrounding buildings, but in its own treatment of full and empty spaces, while opposing or correlative treating
the environment. The intention was, I repeat, that the cultural historical heritage clothed in a mantle of modern
integrating selected elements in the rhythmic of his sculptures as a seal of the period in which incurred.
Application of modern facade elements, technology, final processing of the material allows the versatility in the
expression, but the intention was that all the metallic elements painted with bronze patina, in order to recognize
the historicity in detail and decor, which corresponds to structural facade to create a balanced relationship in

Together with gymnasium and clinic building, this house defines the street front on the odd side of the street
Sandora Petefia, as one initiated continent, exuding with all its differences, but also similarities in detail,
processing, visual art, and so complements the ambiance of tree-lined avenue reflecting the same in its polished
facade.

The space-forming response to the task is based on highlighting
the divergence of functional units kindergartens and production

11. COMPETITIONfor preliminary urban-architectural design for the city Gallery in Kosančićev venac street
Utilization of morphological potential of the terrain and location itself suggests on maximizing the opening
views of the frontal positioning of horizontal and vertical planes in relation to the coastline. The
interpretation is reflected in the cascade shearing of object and the terrain, with the use of pedestrian
corridors parallel to Kosančićev venac street - scheduled detailed plan and orthogonal communications in
the form of rehabilitation and reconstruction of "male sepenice" and "velike stepenice" street. Permeation
of geometry by the existing high and low vegetation, as well as planting new, seeks to preserve the
authenticity of the environment and the potential formation of park areas that will interleave the rigid
geometric structure.
Leveling of form the object achieved living motion and variety of interior space - correlative urban
concept, which is reflected on user, leading him in a playful whole of galleries with different environments
- those with large amount of daylight, then moderate lit up completely shaded exhibition space. Height of
outermost cube allows exhibits of items with larger dimensions, whose over viewing is enabled from
gallery foyer, as well as from the before mentioned room. Cascading of the form allows incidence of open
terraces, as well as a recognizable ambient in the utilization of the maximum potential of location.
The artistic expression of artifact, painted in ornaments - which exists as an indispensable segment of
fine art through the ages, and this time gets the role of permanent exhibit on the facade of the city's
gallery, where, with the play of light and shadow form a distinctive ambience of the interior, while visually
not disturbing the predefined geometry, but with its repetition defining it further.

COMPETITIONfor the conceptual design of the permanent exhibition of the museum and related facilities in Kikinda
Living motion space is achieved by simply rotating directions and forming
transversal that, when encountering an obstacle, like the reflected rays
bounce off the same angle at which it encountered. Direction of all
spatial elements are also followed by interior elements, which further
lead to a dynamic cognition of space and its contents.
The main exhibits are also achieved rotation angle of 45 degrees, which,
like the room itself avoid monotonous decline of daylight and a unique
shaped space perform authentic brightness with the play of light and
shadows.
Basic vertical communication are located on clear positions - in the
central hall of the monumental character of the set and an additional
central vertical on the north-eastern flank of the object, in order to
facilitate access to the desired objective of the visit.
Regulated artificial light each time creating a different experience of
space, exhibits, and accompanying sound effects to contribute to
achieving these aims.If there is a lethargy due to natural, sustainable
materials in the interior finishing works during daylight, monotony is
dissolved by diversely processed elements of contemporary metal, fiber
and other structures.
13. COMPETITIONfor the conceptual design of the permanent exhibition of the museum and related facilities in Smederevo
In design process it was aimed to accessibility, clarity and a strong visual effect ,
modulary divided hall - a quarter modules , half of the module , the entire module , two
modules , different treatment of foyers and the exhibition spaces , standardized
components for presentation, and reduced form are the main characteristics of the project.
On the other hand , symbolicly processed space is formed in the case of Lapidarium ,
where the "weight" of exhibition accordes to such interpretation.
The larger storage space and the ability to segment the space, leads to the diversity of
the purpose of the same, through workshops , panel discussions, lectures, presentations
and meetings - to the game room and exhibition space at any time. The positioning of the
new elevator is directly related to the existing vertical communication, which leads to the
mobile platform positioned along the side wall. The lift is panoramic from the beginning of
"loopholes" in the southern façade, and opens the sight towards the central square in
Smederevo.
Closing of atrial Lapidarium order to achieve by conecting on existing wooden pillars, in
the form of steel box profile in the direction of the fall of the roof. Raster with opening and
fixed glass fields would have a built-in LED lights, which would be directly related to solar
cells above them (same size)
External lapidarium is an annexed interior Lapidarium surrounded by a wire fence, with an
exhibition of stone statues. The rest of the park is divided into three parts - resort, space
for children and the green field.
The project won the special praise.

14. ADAPTATIONof „Dunav Insurance Company“ office space in boulevard of revolution 316, Belgrade
The aim of the adaptation was a reusing of sales area – shops in to a space for the
insurance company sellers. The specificity of the task was in need of a unique space, but
on the other side to allow the privacy for the clients. This duality is resolved by placing
boxes for reception of clients around the perimeter of the space, while the central zone is
designed for insurance agents and a meeting room. In the farthest points, partly jagged
structure basis, are positioned head office and room for branch audit documentation - areas
requiring a higher level of privacy.
The sanitary facilities are expanded to meet the required number of employees and visitors,
and cafe kitchen is added too.
Tables are modular, in order to enable the reorganization of space, depending on the
number of employees, because in „Dunav Insurance Company“ are extremely frequent
personnel changes. Access plateau is adapted, in order to provide access to persons with
special needs, and the facade windows which is incorporated to enable high thermal
characteristics in order to reduce costs in exploitation of object, given that the area under
the windows is extremely huge.
Works on the adaptation of the space, was completed in 2013.

15. ADAPTATIONof familly house in Zemun, Belgrade
Very specific, semi-atrium building with an attached wing for the purpose of accommodation of
guests. House has changed several owners and there has been done several projects of
adaptations, upgrades and interior design for the past few decades, and each is somewhat left its
mark.
The house is at the request of investor planned for a large family with specific structure, with
independent night areas, a common daily activities, guest part, a sauna, and a hall for exercise.
The existing system of boiler heating is necessary recast into a single HVAC system with central
hot water preparation with a recirculation system, the geothermal energy source and full
automatization. Devices fit into the interior, which does not allow the dominant contemporary
technological shapes and forms.
The requirements were specific because the investor owned stylish furniture, which was during
the design phase at the restoration, and the entire interior got to be adapted in the neo-classicist
expression. Different requests of family members, depending on their age, was the biggest
challenge in creating an optimal harmonious whole.
The works are planned in stages, so the interior works comes after completing the improvements
of insulation, reinforce the roof structure, overlapping roof and thermo-technical installations.

17. INTERIORDESIGN of flat in the street Dr. Petar Markovic in Zemun
Residential units in the attic story of residential building in Dr. Petra Markovića street in Zemun ,
was formed by processing the attic space , and holding a wooden roof structure with
strengthening the same . Bearing in mind the available height of the space, bedrooms on the
second level have been designed with minimum dimensions, with low ceilings, to enable the
living area of the first level to get a double story height .
Because of atypical morphology of space, all interior elements were made to measure, and the
foot slopes of the roof level are primarily designed for inheritance purposes .
As investors were a young couple, they were open to a modern, unconventional approach to
making furniture, but they still aimed to the natural structure appearance of materials and
processing the same, such as rustic wood processing in the kitchen zone, the stone sinks,
interior brick,. ..
The interior design of the apartment was published in the June issue of "Kuća stil" magazine in
2012.
