This King had no male heir for 12 years since his ascension
to the throne. His astrologer told him that he had to shift
his entire capital to another town to get a male child.
Based on this prediction, he built an entirely new city with
courtyards, walled gardens, latticed balconies and palaces.

What started as a cottage industry in Koonamavu, a small
