5. Tablets as appropriate technology
• Access at own time
• More portable than lap tops
• Larger screen size as compared to mobile phones
• Initial training on how to use tablets
• Tablets with technical failures will be replaced
6. Blended learning as a solution
• Combination of offsite and face-to-face learning
• Own pace while addressing the need for interaction,
monitoring, and socialization with initial two days, mid-point,
and final two days of face-to-face sessions
7. Delivery method: Interaction through SMS
Phone based system to remove reliance on internet
connection
Score system through which trainees will be ranked
based on their achievement

To make it comfortable to use SMS system, short
answer questions, multiple choices, and completion of
tasks
8. Learner-centered adult education methodology:
