Program Agenda
Overview
In today’s workplace industries, individuals at whatever levels in the company are
required to be able to respond to the business demand and pressures and thus
continue to demonstrate their productive and effective performance.
In order to maintain their performance at the expected level, these individual
employees must possess a self-management skills. The underlying premise is that
individuals who need to change are more likely to succeed if they are in control of
themselves. When people take charge of their owns, they are more likely to feel
confident and they will be able to cope with any pressures occurring at the
workplace.
The One Day Self-Management Skills Training provides the participants with a
number of self (personal) and emotional competencies, including: accurate self
assessment, self-confidence, self-control, conscientiousness and reliability, and
achievement drive
