Answering those questions quickly can mean the difference between a sale or lost opportunity. OVHcloud wanted to offer its Cloud prospects immediate support through the help of a sales advisor who can accompany them in their customer experience and address their concerns. We also wanted to better guide calls to the right people and remove bottlenecks from our sales support department. What challenges were you facing that led you to explore call tracking and what were your goals from such a program?
  4. 4. We carried out a RFP, based on the search for an optimal customer experience that was simple and efficient. The solution had to be hosted within OVHcloud datacenters to guarantee security for our customers. The iovox solution offers a very user-friendly configuration tool allowing a prospect to be called immediately or complete a form if they’d prefer we contact them a different way. The tool from iovox is easily programmable according to the schedules and availability of our phone advisors. The Web Callback service from iovox allows us not to lose any new sales opportunity thanks to an immediate call or with the customer filling out a form that is directly integrated with our CRM system. The iovox solution offers a very user-friendly configuration tool allowing a prospect to be called immediately or complete a form if they’d prefer we contact them a different way.
