15.  The toolkit is within its final phase and has been
developed primarily in a bullet point format to allow
helicopter operators to use it as a checklist
 It is important to note that the toolkit was written as a
“what” to do and not a prescriptive “how” to do
 The operator can decide how the maintenance checklist
guidelines can be implemented in it's own organization.

16.  Add to a basic SMS program.
 Can be implemented for any type operation, from the largest to the
smallest.
 Second set of eyes process
 There is not a “canned program” for aviation operators, you need to
develop one that meets the needs / requirements of your operation.
 Keep special tools in mind when developing
