2. India’s first teen age girls survey was done by Project Nanhi Kali.
Project Nanhi Kali is jointly managed by KC Mahindra Education
Trust and Naandi Foundation, since 2005.
Project Nanhi Kali has supported over 300,000 girls in 15
states to complete ten years of basic schooling and stay safe in
their communities.
Project Nanhi Kali current operations are spread across
Maharashtra, NCR region, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West
Bengal, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil
Nadu – supporting 160,000 girls.
