PUSH Open Calls Innovation
Development (ID): who can apply?
Eligibility criteria:
• Either SME or RI (technology
developers);
• Single applicants;
• Alignment with the Open Calls’ objectives;
• Legal entity in eligible ΗΕ country;
• Proposal not pre-submitted in the other
OCs;
• Proposed work to be carried out after the
selection process;
• Submission performed timely and in
accordance with the rules.

Attract stakeholders to:
• deliver and exploit drone-related data sets
which allow the assessment of technical and

Chairing consensus meetings (if
needed) and conduction the
interviews with the applicants when
consensus is not reached.
Acting as Redress committee in case

evaluators

Evaluation process - Award criteria (1)
Each criterion can take a score from 1 to 5 with a threshold of 3
points in each category and 12 points in total.

3. Impact and exploitation
4. Organisational capacity and
allocation of resources

In case consensus is not reached after
the remote evaluation by the external
experts, an interview of the applicant
by the Advisory Board will be
conducted.

In case of the redress request: This
procedure is concerned with the
evaluation and/or eligibility checking
process. The committee will not call into

Evaluation process – External evaluators
- 2 evaluators will be assigned per
proposal
- Each evaluator can evaluate up to 4
proposals per day
- Expression of interest to become an
evaluator → stay tuned and apply!
External Evaluators
No connection with the ICAERUS
consortium: External evaluators and
applicants in the Open Calls should be
independent.
