2. Our construction capacities cover normalized market di-
mensions from Ø12 to Ø350, and all the angles.
Steel constructions F174 (DIN 18550), tempered steel at
90/100 kgs. mm2
, stabilized to 570ºC/600ºC and subse-
quent surface treatment by means of gas nitrating, with
HV-1000/1500 hardness and a layer thickness of 500/700
microns, surface finishes by grinding and rubbing the sur-
face, with tolerances from 0,01 to 0,02 mm and construc-
tions in bimetallic alloys for both cylinders and screws.
We manufacture and repair plastic barrels and screws with
the most advanced abrasion/corrosion resistant alloys and
reinforcements in the market, designed with wear-resis-
tance properties against materials with heavy workloads,
such as fiberglass, calcium carbonate, talc, fluorinated
products, etc

modern precision machinery and lifting equipment, as
well as transportation services up to 6,000 kg. and a

We manufacture and repair all kinds of screws for the pro-
per transformation of plastics, thermoplastics, rubber, sili-
cones, etc..
We seal our spindles with the most advanced technolo-
gy of special welding available, such as powder welding.
Against abrasion, corrosion and agents that accelerate
wear and tear, we use resistant materials such as Tungs-
ten-Carbon, colmonoy, stellite, etc.

7. We repair every type of screw and barrel, leaving the material with the same characteristics and dimensions as
the original.

BARRELS
We repair the interior parts of barrels with adaptable tolerance to
the specific screw you will use in the future. Additionally, we also
carry out the subsequent hardness treatment.
In case the barrel is very deteriorated, we proceed to the interior
jacketing by respecting the original measures and using bimeta-
llic or nitride-based materials according to the materials charac-
teristics. This is how we get a better lifespan guarantee than the
original one.
SCREWS
Screws are reconditioned with the most advanced alloys by means
of a welding procedure, which increases their nominal width in or-
der to fit to the barrel.
