Work Orders Management
- The project consisted of establishing the IT infrastructure for automating the
work order life cycle. The cycle starts from creating the work order, editing,
publishing till delivering it to the executable authorities. The system helped in
minimizing the manpower related to the process, the life cycle duration. The
system assures great efficiency in executing the required work through a quick
positive feedback from the executable authorities. The system stores a great
digital archive of the issued work orders.

Electronic Agenda
- The project records the financial reports of all data & PRI circuits. The system
helps minimizing the huge number of agendas used in scribing the data in
addition to the easiness in modifying the data at any time. The projects makes
the data available for a large number of employees and sections for advice.

- The project is a comprehensive tool for automating the whole process in sales
support departments. The project covers the customer’s request, contact details,
business details, technical availabilities, financial details, work order and the
agenda report. The system provides a digital archive of all the documents over
server.

- A fast efficient tool for creating unlimited number of payment notifications for
unpaid data & PRI circuits.

- The Box is an Excel Workbook that contains sheets for the customers’ details

coarse long work cycle based on rough outdated handwritten drafts costed a
lot of efforts and wasted precious time.

collecting their dues in nested functions in a very short time.
- Generated a new mechanism for sending payment notifications helped to
save about 80% of time spent to prepare such work manually.
