3. Rainbow Land was really pretty. It was in the outskirts of a beautiful city. It was here that creatures were born. These are the creatures of unicorn. The city is known for its nice giving. This is where Uni and his family are living.

4. Uni and his family moved from Katmandu. There is Uni, his mom Pinky, and his dad Drew. Uni started school the next day. He was very nervous in every single way. He didn’t want school to begin. He didn’t think he would fit in.

5. He talked to his parents about how he felt. They talked and at the bedside they knelt. Uni said, “I won’t fit in. It’s my uni-brow.” His parents said, “You’ll fit in, I know you know how.” Uni said,“Thanks, you’re the best!” They said, “Thank you. Now get some rest.”

6. The next day started out steady. Uni knew school started so he got ready. He went downstairs to see a bowl and a spoon. He knew he would eat and leave very soon. He finished his breakfast and got in the car. The ride to school wouldn’t be far.

7. Uni sat in the back during the ride. From a distance, he could see unicorns playing outside. All those unicorns started to shout. Uni’s mom opened Uni’s door to let him out. Uni was ready to have a nice day. His mom said bye and drove away.

8. Uni walked over to where unicorns were playing. He wanted to know what they were saying. One said, “Hey, Jeff, should we play with him today?” The other said, “No. He’s ugly, Ray.” Uni just told himself they were lying. Other unicorns laughed and Uni started crying.

9. The unicorns went inside and waited for class. The teacher came in and said, “I’m Mrs. Bass.” Uni sat by a purple unicorn. He had a uni-brow and a long horn. He said, “I’m Uni. What is your name?” “ My name is Purply and we look the same!

10. “ Yeah, you’re both ugly. Who’d play with you?” The voice matched Jeff’s who came into view. “ That’s Jeff,” said Purply, “he sits in the back.” He sat there with his unicorn pack. “ I don’t play with ugly unicorns,” Jeff said. That was enough to make Purply turn red.

11. Everyone listened to Mrs. Bass well. They all were excited for the ring of the bell. All the unicorns grabbed something to munch. They all headed out to eat lunch. Uni sat by Purply because he was able. They both sat a at an empty lunch table.

12. Just then, there was a clang and a clatter. Everyone heard a crash and a shatter. They heard patterns of loud banging. They heard the chain fence clanging. They saw a large shadow blocking the sun. Someone screamed, “Gator! Everyone run!”

13. “ No one run. I’ll chase him away,” Jeff said. “ We won’t come with,” said the group that he led. He gathered up strength, but gave out a sigh. He wanted to be a very tough guy. He saw a girl unicorn by the gator. The gator snapped his jaws and almost ate her.

14. How did the gator get there and what did it want? “ I’m here to eat you,” he said with a taunt. Jeff stood there entirely frozen. What did Jeff do? Why was he chosen? Up came the gator with his jaws. But Jeff defied gravity’s laws!

15. A large snap was heard all over the school. All unicorns thought Jeff was a fool. Then they saw Jeff being saved. They cheered, shouted, ranted, and raved. Jeff hadn’t been flying; he’d been pulled away. It was Uni! He saved the day!

16. The gator was angry and would not leave. He was angrier than you would believe. Uni said, “Leave. We don’t want you here.” The gator heard Uni loud and clear. “ I’ll leave. By the way, my name is Lance” “ Maybe you’re not bad; I’ll give you a chance.”

17. “ You saved me, Jeff said, I owe you big time.” Uni said, “I’ll be your friend, Jeff, if you will be mine.” “ I didn’t like you because you differ from me.” “ There is more than looks as you can see.” Uni said, “I was worried I wouldn’t fit in at school.” Jeff said, “Don’t worry Uni, I think you are cool.”

18. Purply came over to see what went on. He thought the gator would be gone. Purply said, “Uni is my friend, you stay over there.” Jeff said, “He can be mine too. Let’s share.” Purply said, “We’re different by far.” Jeff said, “I like you both just the way you are.”
