Effective participation in the implantation of ProVision at BrasilTelecom - BrT, from the beginning of the project until the present date, especially in OMS and OBJECTEL, together with Accenture. including the field inventory survey made at BrT branch offices for the loading of OBJECTEL, as well as in the Roll-Out in all the branches of BrT. In charge of management, definition and specification of processes of Project SLM (Service Level Management), both in the implantation as well as for the relationship with BrT and Accenture, once this system is directly connected to the CLARIFY, OBJECTEL and OMS. This Project is in its final phase of attended operation. Responsible for the management of service activities of wirelines, wireless, Call Center, IT and CRM, including auditing against frauds in these environments and in Mediators of TELECOM (Telefonica, EMBRATEL and Lucent Technologies); staff management; management and purchasing of telecom equipment; implantation and reorganization of different departments inherent to the mentioned areas. Effective participation in the definition, specification and sizing of hardware and software for PABX-DAC, URA, CMS, Centre Vu and CTI for Telefonica Celular, EMBRATEL/ BrasilCenter and Banco do Brasil (Brasilia - DF), as well as of Integrated System of Management, using tool DNM - Definity Network Management. Responsible for the definition and reinstallation of PABX/DAC - Call Center of Telefonica Celular, with the change of physical location of the site without interruption of the services, installation of redundancy/ expansion of the Transmission Means (Enlaces), of the Melita Predictive System and NiceLog Recording System, tests and implantation of new Net Topology, using the exchange of Signaling SSC#7 for ISDN-PRI through IVR. Responsible for the technical support of all the Call Center of Telefonica Celular, with 800 positions. Management and in charge of the CPqD – Telecommunications Research and Development Center - team aiming at the implantation of Project SLM - SLA of BrasilTelecom, as well as management of Maintenance Contracts with the PABX/DAC and Central suppliers (LUCENT - AVAYA, NEC, Ericsson and Nortel) and suppliers of integrated solutions for Call Center - CTI, URA, Dialers, amongst others. The CTI Solutions use technology TSAPI (Passageway Telephony Services) and/or ASAI. The applications are developed in C++ Appearance, Appearance Basic and Delphi in Windows NT, Unixware and Netware environments. Responsible for the specification of the hardware e software, implantation and training for the implementation of the Voice Net Management System of Telefonica Celular. Consultant for Development and Auditing of Systems Methodologies, Auditing in TELECOM - having participated in the audit at Telefonica Celular in 2001 (Frauds) - and Methodology for Implantation of Total Quality Programs, Coordination of Projects in the area of Administration of Data, Data base and Administration of Quality, highlighting the period where acted in England, at ROLLS-ROYCE, and used Systems directed towards the area of Manufacturing (Costs and MRP II).
