  16. #GrowthDrivenDesign We look at the data, talk to users and make an educated guess on what will perform better.
  17. #GrowthDrivenDesign At the end of the day, it’s still a guess.
 
 And then it sits for 1.5 - 2 years until we muster up the courrage to do another redesign. We never validate our guess to see if we were correct.
  18. #GrowthDrivenDesign Our best marketing asset -and- #1 sales “person”
 ends up sitting with no major or impactful updates. This makes no sense.
