Parents find grocery shopping difficult when bringing multiple children in standard shopping trolleys, which usually only have one small child seat. A new trolley design is proposed to address these issues by including features like a fold-down step for easier child access, more spacious and comfortable seating, additional storage space, and front-facing handles for easier pulling. Prototypes were created and testing found they improved the shopping experience for parents with young children.
