• We are keen that staff know about the offer and how to access it – we receive feedback that staff
are unaware of what is available
• This is really important as we are keen to build from our current foundation and deliver products
on:
• Health and wellbeing conversations – more later
• Compassion at work through our Civility and Respect Toolkit
• Violence reduction through, for example our body-worn cameras pilot and violence reduction
standards
• Important to flag that we will not be introducing burden
• Aim is to produce practitioner/facilitator guides that are supported by ‘quick setup’ materials that
are easy to access for all
• Our desire is to support individuals and organisations in their health and wellbeing aspirations
• Which in turn create a cultural norm around health and wellbeing – the materials we produce are
designed to run alongside, not replace, line manager conversations
We have more to do

How did we start?
● Social and emotional support networks are critical
● Those were disrupted
● We thought we could use Liberating Structures and high
quality virtual facilitation to create the conditions for
collaboration, new relationships, upstream resolution
● Why? to enable peers and colleagues to talk about
important and personal and professional challenges
● Psychological safety was paramount: heard, seen,
valued were our measures
