JOINT AGREED MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE
Plaintiffs Unicat Services, LLC and Unicat Catalyst Technologies, Inc. and Defendant
Bloom Energy Corporation (collectively, the “Parties”) file this Joint Agreed Motion to Dismiss
with Prejudice. The Parties have reached a confidential settlement agreement regarding this
dispute and, as part of that agreement, have agreed to dismiss their respective claims and/or
counterclaims asserted in this case with prejudice.
Accordingly, the Parties request this Court grant this motion and enter the attached order
and final judgment dismissing all claims, counterclaims, and issues in this case with prejudice.
