This document provides a concept note for a CSR project to provide holistic education and skills development to underprivileged children in Uttarakhand, India. The project aims to provide elementary education, vocational skills training, and exposure to sports and self-defense. Key objectives are ensuring access to opportunities for self-development and defining career goals. The project will cover schools in 2 blocks each from 3 districts - Ranikhet, Nanital, and Bageshwar. Activities will include accelerated learning programs, vocational skills training, indoor and outdoor games, self-defense training, and parent-teacher meetings. An experienced team led by Director Radhika Sharma will execute the training programs and ensure their quality.

Project Concept
INTRODUCTION
Project Prelude
Every Child has right to elementary education in a
neighborhood school.
More than 95% children are already receiving education in
schools in India. Still, there may be more than One Crore
children are lacking behind the elementary education as
per RTE Act, 2009.
In order to mainstream all out-of-school children in age
appropriate classes as envisaged by RTE Act. Education
and Hi-Tech Training of Children staying at villages from
remote areas is significant and important role to play, it
also help the children to adjust socially, emotionally and
academically with other children.
Project Aim
Providing Literacy in Schools on Modern
Education Method, Enhancing Self-Defense and
Sports Skills amongst Student.

Innovative Approach
Our Organization shall consider number of steps
for making education a fun filled activity and at
same time a holistic developmental approach shall
be enhanced by combining both vocational skills,
defense techniques and soft skills training in one
curriculum

Income Generation Activities like handicrafts
making, tie and dye, hand woven products etc.
Self Defense training for students: An innovation
programme on Children education wherein an
intensive training will be given to at least 500- 1000
students reading in class IX, X, XI & XII so that they
can build up in themselves certain self-defense skills
including life skill for self-protection and self-
development. The programme has two prolonged
targets, to develop certain life skill and learn certain
self defense mechanism.
Sports and Counseling for Physical Development:
For the overall development of the school, a sports
initiative would be taken so that every student in
village level can develop good sporting habits , get
disciplined and their self confidence level also be
enhanced.

DELIVERABLES
Activities Involvement
Accelerated Learning Programme & Bridge Courses for
School Dropouts- To improve the reading, writing and
basic arithmetic skills of children between 6-14 years.
Learning Camps- A learning camp is a short-duration,
high-intensity intervention in which children are divided
into groups based on their learning levels and are taught
by local teachers and volunteers. This methodology
builds on the concept of grouping and teaching by level,
with a focus on reading, writing and arithmetic.
Girl Child Education- To provide market relevant
vocational skills to the students in order to increase
their employability.
Indoor & Outdoor Games
Indoor games like Chess, Carom, Cube, Snake &
ladder, Puzzles and Outdoor games like badminton,
volley ball, football along with physical fitness shall
be encouraged among students.
Programme USP
Parents-Teacher Meetings
Parents - teacher meetings would be conducted with
the help of school Principal. Parents would be
oriented on the overall program and its related
benefits. Awareness camps will be organized in the
nearby village schools with respect to education.
