If you’re serious about having a great company culture that is positive and
inclusive and is going attract great talent and keep your existing employees
pumped to come to work, someone needs to own that responsibility.

The brilliant jerk is the death of productivity, of inclusion, of collaboration, and
of equity. You will not have a positive and inclusive company culture if you hire
brilliant jerks.

Find your culture steward If you’re serious about having a great company culture that is positive and inclusive and is going attract great talent and keep your existing employees pumped to come to work, someone needs to own that responsibility. @caitlinrenegade @InsiderInc @insiderinccultureclub
  • 10. “ ” Grab a friend, that’s your second — your lieutenant when there’s reckoning to be reckoned. Some things are best said with a Hamilton quote. If you’re the steward, find your allies — if you’re not, be an ally. @caitlinrenegade @InsiderInc @insiderinccultureclub
