The position is expected to drive a consistent and comprehensive HSE approach to making sure that the factory
is in compliance with customers’ standards, local standards and enhancing capability and performance of factory
to eventually add value to business.

are were in compliance with the Group & company established policies and customer’s requirements as well.
Conduct the audit/ assessment and continuous improvement (PDCA) process at all subcontractors in
Nike supply chain.
Systematically prepare auditing documents (pre-audit questionnaires, checklist for document reviewed &
factory observation, CAP…) according to company policies & related customer’s requirements.
Plan and execute compliance audits using risk-based audit methodology, evaluate their social
compliance system and assess the actual gaps, provide consulting activities for improving audit rating.
3. Diligently monitor corrective/ preventative action plans with factory management & business unit leaders
to confirm proper resolution.
Provide proper training for capacity building for subcontractors, then support them in taking ownership for
deriving and implementing CSR sustainable improvement plans.
Prepare reports and update to senior management team for reviewing subcontractor performance.
