BESTON is successful in being able to offer, after detailed analysis and research, a concept for
the use of solid waste or special selective solid waste in the range of refused derived fuels
treatment. Therefor high-performance machines are designed, that shredd the solid waste in
order to obtain an ideal final product for the fuel industry. The development and implementation
of modern burning systems for fossil fuels and biomass and the possibilil-ty of the energetic use
of solid waste increase the production of the recovered fuel derivated of solid waste. The
company BESTON was pioneer in this field.

Use of FUEL pyrolysis production
The organic fraction can be further used for compost production subject to requirements.
BESTON integrates in its sorting plants high developed systems as a preparation for the further
treatment of the organic fraction. As a result of this processing, it is possible to use waste in an
ecological way. The compost is used in agriculture and gardening in order to fertilize the soil and
to supply it with nutrients. Currently compost is also used to stabilize soils that are damaged by
environmental impacts and to protect them against erosion.

Continuous NONE Chemical Refining Technology
Part 3 Used Oil/Pyrolysis
Oil Refining System
BESTON
Marked Background
Used oil and related wastes that are improperly managed may release toxic contaminants or heavy metals into the environment. Groundwater and drinking water
sources are particularly at risk for pollution from improperly managed used oil.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a document Collecting used oil for recycling/reuse. In it the EPA estimates that, in the
United States alone, around 200 million gallons of used motor oil are improperly disposed of by being dumped on the ground, sent to landfill or poured down storm
sewers and drains. The organization adds that if all of the used oil that is improperly disposed of were properly managed, the United States could save thousands of
barrels of oil each day. Used oil that is properly handled can be re-refined into lubricants, processed into fuel oils, and used as raw materials for the refining and
petrochemical industries.
Products for tomorrow’s world
Used Engine Oil
Over 80-90% of the world base oil demand is still being met only by conventional crude oil refining processes. To be more precise, world consumption
of base oil today is nearly 40 billion litres a year, out of which only around 70% is reclaimed, the rest lost to evaporation and spills.
Now, out of this total volume of reclaimed used oil, nearly 80% is burned for fuel, leaving a small 20% available for re-refining and reuse. This works
out to about 14%, or 5.6 billion litres of oil for re-refining across the globe, by no means a small number by itself, but still way below what can be
achieved.
Other material oil for BESTON oil refiner
Description of the plant:
Latest tubular heating system, enbale material oil get heated while flowing,
preprocess tank remove impurities and water firstly, before hot oil get into
distillation reactor.
Continouse operation for 90 working days.
No catalyest
Daily capacity: 10-100 Mt/D
BESTON
Vaccum system will be equipped, for base oil prodcution. Thus the system is available for both fuel and
base oil, according to raw material and market request.
Cooling circuit water: 50 M3/H in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the
better the cooling down).
Fuel for heating:
1 ton raw material oil needs 30-40 KG coal as fuel.
1 ton raw material oil needs 20-30 KG diesel as fuel.
Space for machine: 3000 ㎡----3500 ㎡ (the smallest space).
Worker shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups.
BESTON refiner conveys used fuel oil into standard fuel, final products from used engine oil/lube
can be base oil for new lubrication.

Continuous NONE Chemical Refining Technology Part 3 Used Oil/Pyrolysis Oil Refining System BESTON Marked Background Used oil and related wastes that are improperly managed may release toxic contaminants or heavy metals into the environment. Groundwater and drinking water sources are particularly at risk for pollution from improperly managed used oil. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a document Collecting used oil for recycling/reuse. In it the EPA estimates that, in the United States alone, around 200 million gallons of used motor oil are improperly disposed of by being dumped on the ground, sent to landfill or poured down storm sewers and drains. The organization adds that if all of the used oil that is improperly disposed of were properly managed, the United States could save thousands of barrels of oil each day. Used oil that is properly handled can be re-refined into lubricants, processed into fuel oils, and used as raw materials for the refining and petrochemical industries. Products for tomorrow’s world Used Engine Oil Over 80-90% of the world base oil demand is still being met only by conventional crude oil refining processes. To be more precise, world consumption of base oil today is nearly 40 billion litres a year, out of which only around 70% is reclaimed, the rest lost to evaporation and spills. Now, out of this total volume of reclaimed used oil, nearly 80% is burned for fuel, leaving a small 20% available for re-refining and reuse. This works out to about 14%, or 5.6 billion litres of oil for re-refining across the globe, by no means a small number by itself, but still way below what can be achieved. • 8. Description of the plant: Latest tubular heating system, enbale material oil get heated while flowing, preprocess tank remove impurities and water firstly, before hot oil get into distillation reactor. Continouse operation for 90 working days. No catalyest Daily capacity: 10-100 Mt/D BESTON Vaccum system will be equipped, for base oil prodcution. Thus the system is available for both fuel and base oil, according to raw material and market request. Cooling circuit water: 50 M3/H in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down). Fuel for heating: 1 ton raw material oil needs 30-40 KG coal as fuel. 1 ton raw material oil needs 20-30 KG diesel as fuel. Space for machine: 3000 ㎡----3500 ㎡ (the smallest space). Worker shift: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups. BESTON refiner conveys used fuel oil into standard fuel, final products from used engine oil/lube can be base oil for new lubrication.

BESTON Technical know-how, efficiency We plan and produce tailor-made plant concepts for you Due to the use of high-technological BESTON machines and machine technique, the performance and the production of the plant are increased, the production costs are reduced and the results are improved. Process description The sorted combustible waste, shear cutter Crusher Jaw Crusher is made after less than 30 mm uniform particles of diameter less than 10 mm thickness, spraying deodorant and dual axis thrust conveyor after advancing to the dryer. Material along the wall of the dryer forward rotation, scattered under the action of lifting devices, material was constantly beaten and kicked up with hot air continued to reach for hot-swap replacement water vapour, replacement of the water vapour and other fine dust smoke and dust removal system introduced by fan sedimentation. After drying of material gain "a two-step method of fire" carbide layer inside the machine, rotate forward continuous flue gas from heating up and evenly heated, flipping the volatile, sulfur, sulfur release, release. In this section, releases can introduce a carbide lower and volatile gas pipeline, condensate recovery after the tar and other organic matter, gas with oxygen pressure ignition carbide machine late provides thermal energy. After approximately 6 minutes after the initial carbonation materials from carbide the carbide layer inflows of direct baking further outer shell lower flame carbide high temperature pyrolysis carbon enrichment work. Constantly turning to advance within 10 minutes of the final form the red-hot "man-made carbon." Hot "artificial carbon" carbon discharged by discharging screw at the bottom in the ongoing and rapid cooling of the external cooling water cooling pull reset.
