Puppets

Make these puppets and let the show begin!
You will need:
Scissors, glue, a grown-up, your creativity!
Instructions:
- Ask a grown up to help you cut around the dotted
lines of the puppets
- Mount them on card, sticky tape a pencil to the
back as a handle, and let your imagination fly…

Make a Mobile
To make your mobile you will need: Thread or thin string.
Two long lolly pop sticks. Sticky tape, glue and scissors.
Step one
Cut out the pictures on
the mobile activity sheet
and fold in half along
the dotted line in the
middle. Cut out the hole
along the fold in the
paper.
Step five
Run the 30cm thread
through the middle of
one of the large mobile
pieces and tape it down.
Glue the two sides of the
paper pieces together
using glue.
Step four
Tie each of the four small
threads to the ends of each
of the long lolly-pop sticks.
Step eight
Sticky tape the two long
lolly-pop sticks together to
create a cross bar. Find a
suitable location to hang your

Step two
Cut 4 pieces of thread to
approximately 10cm long. Cut one
piece of thread to approximately 30
cm long. Cut one piece of thread to
approximately 40 cm long.
Step three
Tape the end of the 10cm threads to
the inside of the 4 smallest mobile
pieces and then glue the two sides
together using glue.
Step six
Run the 40cm thread through the
middle of the other large mobile piece
and tape it down. Glue the two sides of
the paper pieces together using glue.
Step seven
Tie each of the two longer threads to
the middle of each long lolly-pop stick.
