Having known Heidi for six (6) years, it is my pleasure to write a letter of

In my roles as Vice President of Claims for Unisource Administrators, Inc., and, Director
of Client Services for Claimetrics Management, LLC, I have had the opportunity to both
supervisor and review Heidi’s work product as a Senior Claims Representative.
Heidi is highly respected member of the Florida Workers Compensation community. She
has extensive claims handling knowledge with carrier accounts, PEO’s and self-insured’s.
Her claim experience allows her to work both independently and easily manage priorities.
She is capable of investigating/handling both the newly arrived claim as well as the older
severe catastrophic injury. She possesses a high degree of knowledge of both the Florida
and Georgia EDI process.
