Harris Ahmed is a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant (Developer and Techno-Functional) in Oracular’s
PeopleSoft & Government with over 12 years of PeopleSoft consulting and management experience.
Specifically, Harris has worked as a Functional & Technical Lead for various PeopleSoft implementations,
upgrades, bolt-on developments, enhancements, maintenance and continued support.
Harris brings over a decade-long experience working with Wisconsin Technical Colleges System (WTCS)
and UW System and is familiar with requirements and standards set by the state for both Financial and
Human Resource systems.
Harris has a very strong PeopleSoft technical background with development in PeopleTools, SOA,
Integrations for over 12 years. In addition, Harris is experienced in many mainstream web development
technologies and web development standards. Harris is also specialized in the PeopleTools 8.54 Toolset
with expertise in XML Publisher, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Enterprise Components. Harris has

Billing Manager & Purchasing Manager. Managed eight upgrades including maintenance packs,
implementations of AR & Billing, Continued enhancements and support by working closely with College’s
