I do have knowledge for starting and developing HVAC Department with-HVAC Database, HSE Standards,
DRMO, MSOW, MSDS, WOR,Presentation, Property,Staff Needed, Parts,
WorkShop, Trainings etc..
This department had 38 Expats with 140 Local National Iraqi Employees. I had two other Admin Helpers
under my supervision one expat and one Local employee
Administrative duties: Expat accountability, I/C accountability, SITREP, Daily toolbox topics. Dispatch
service calls received from Service Desks, and from Site/Camp Managers throughout. Enclosures 1 to 9 as
per QA/QC and DCMA Standards.
Database and Property Maintaining: Maintain records for 6000 Air Conditioning / Heating Units, 350
DFAC Equipment. Updating daily Enclosure 1 excel file with all calculating Formulas for HVAC, Laundry
Equipments and DFAC equipment and in MAXIMO STEAM.
Operations: report for an emergency problem or when we had employees to finish job in Checkpoints,
WOR approve, MSOW, STEAM Reports etc.
Logistic: In KBR our department was responsible for Container accountability which was my duty.
Subcontractors Finance Responsibility: Subcontractors were the LN’s they were working under a
company named ALMCO that was subcontracted under KBR and my duty was to fill up and approve all
their payment document’s like when they get promotion, when they change the position, make sure their
timesheets were all corrected as per time keeping procedures like total hours of work make sure all their
supervisor initials are correct, area and department codes etc.
Travel: I was responsible to take care all the travel issues in our department like for example itineraries,
passport validation, approved dates for their R&R when they were eligible making schedules so that
always someone will be taking care the job when the responsible person goes on R&R and more.
DRMO Duties prepare all the records for any HVAC A/C unit when relocation to DRMO yard and keeping
all the monthly inspection records on file in separated DRMO labeled boxes with the relocation approved
requisitions.
Express Program: Archiving files for GP Units that has been disposed.
MAXIMO-STEAM- Version 5.1 and in the end 7.1-Duties: Work Orders, Inventory, Asset, Purchasing, and
Property Reports.
I use MAXIMO-STEAM all the time to check open WOR’s, I have open new requisitions in steam with the
materials which was not in stock (new item) but it needed for new approved WOR or ACL which was
over 2500$,I also had to check if the Requisition is closed or cancelled from MP Department and reorder
it.
Other MAXIMO-STEAM duty was to check for our HVAC property list and also where any of our A/C’s is
located. I know how to search any WOR, REQUSITION, ASSET, USER, STOREROOM, CAMP and anything
that has GP number on it.
IT Duties: Installing printers through internet and VLAN configurations, changing HDD’s, motherboards,
desktop configuration monitoring, new hardware ,wireless internet connection broadcasting or any type
of internet that needs program to connect to the main router, Outlook 2007 initial configuration including
creating/editing PST’s
WOR –Responsible for the status of all open and priority of any WOR’s in HVAC Department. Approved
WOR over $2,500 estimating with my Manager and following all the process ,Approved from DCMA and
Operation department, Ordering material, Time Status , Foreman’s designated for the job, Date finished .
New Project- Added to our Master Work of Scope, Database, Daily weekly and monthly Reports,
Followed materials from WHSE or Vendors if not in stock, implementing all HSE requirements for the
new project, Tools and equipment needed –TMR department contacted and informed with the status
dates etc..
MSOW Knowledge I Setup all the files on Completing the new Master Scope of Work for-USMI-Central
(International Zone).
MSDS – Well trained and experience on using hazard materials, I did the updates of MSDS book for all
type of Refrigerant Oil and any type of cleaners or new type of oil we use for our machines.
