PASTA • Regular physical activity (at least 150–300 minutes of
moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity per week) is
proven to help prevent and treat NCDs such as heart disease,
stroke, diabetes and breast and colon cancer. It also helps to
prevent hypertension, overweight and obesity and can
improve mental health, quality of life and well-being.
• The PASTA “Physical Activity through Sustainable Transport
Approaches” project collected
• data in a longitudinal web-based survey with a cohort design
to study the effects of active mobility on overall physical
activity and health.
Mission -To ensure that all people
have access to safe and enabling
environments and to diverse
opportunities to be physically active in
their daily lives, as a means of
improving individual and community
health and contributing to the social,
cultural and economic development of
all nations.

by adoption of
green mobility
1. Distance of cycling commute
• Distance can make people consider walking towards the cycling
commute
• The weather makes people not interested to walk
2. Engagement of city government
• Governance might have another task to take care of, thus making this
issue not its priority, and will take a longer time to be finalized
3. Bike design
• Upright bike ( comfortable to ride ) but not efficient way to bike

Bikes
Monitoring plans with
indicators
• Doing annual year's meeting and evaluation with all stakeholders involved
• Create a survey to evaluate the trial of e-cycling in 3 years early period
