2. Scope
โข As an active agent of social change, educational practitioners including
policymakers, researchers, lecturers and students at the HEIs level should
develop proper understanding to implement ESD practices in education both
now and in the future.
โข educational practitioner need or require training, knowledge and approaches
in the form of best practices to further enhance their ESD understanding and
internalization.

3. Context
โข To report on an initiative to develop a comprehensive module which is
oriented as Knowledge Brokering Module (KBM) to infuse ESD in higher
education.
โข This module will guide lecturers in higher education to systematically infuse
ESD in their existing curriculum, research and community engagement.

4. Methodology and Analysis:
โข the knowledge brokering module is still in the developmental stage which
involves a series of workshop focused to generate contents for the KBM, the
methodology will involve tools and technology as well as case studies and
ESD problem solving implementation as well as design products.
โข Application of World Cafeฬ during KBMWorkshop
โข World Cafeฬ is a structured conversational process intended to facilitate open and intimate
discussion, and link ideas within a larger group to access the "collective intelligence" in the
room
