This system is the result of years of experience in the areas of financial analysis, strategic planning, risk management as well as the latest programming
techniques and information technology. Where a reliable tool to help decision-making by providing accurate reports in a timely manner can replace
spreadsheets and financial analysis of complex processes..
Most of the institutions have the tools to measure the overall financial performance represented in the financial statements, but these tools do not enable
the user in a lot of cases of Thill performance indicators (KPIs), both of which the public or on the detailed analytical levels.

2.2 Procurement & Purchases Management Module:
Purchases are generally local or import. Depending on the production requirement a Raw Material Requisition will be raised by the planning department.
The Purchase Department will then process this requisition through the system.
From the requisition the purchase department will call the data and raise the Purchase Order. The goods would be received into the warehouse by a Material
Receipt Note. The costing and financial updating is done by the Purchase Invoice where the cost of the items and the additional costs are captured and the
landed cost of the items are calculated and posted in the relative ledgers and the inventory account.

This feature provides the mechanism to save the transactions which the user make through using the system and it aims to monitor the transactions made to
get back to it and view it when needed.
It also provides a detailed date of the transaction that the user make during his work on the system and this will benefit the employees and the managers to
view the transactions incase if any error occurs.

WARRANTY POLICY:
The software comes with a warranty for 1 year from the date of installation. During warranty period customization and implementation support will be
given to you free of cost. All upgrades within the version will also be given to you free of cost. Warranty period does not include additional free training to
‘new users’ after the sessions are completed.
