TO 12/05/2016 IN Córdoba, Spain.
In Youth Exchanges supported by Erasmus+, groups of young people from different countries jointly design, prepare and
carry out a work programme. It is usually a mix of workshops, debates, role-plays, simulations, outdoor activities. The young
people are supported by experienced youth workers and leaders in this. Youth Exchanges allow them to develop competences,
become aware of socially relevant topics, discover new cultures, and strengthen values like solidarity, democracy, etc.
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s programme for boosting skills and employability through activities organised in the field
of education, training, youth, and sport. Youth activities under Erasmus+ aim to improve the key competences, skills and
employability of young people, promote young people's active participation in the society, their social inclusion and well-being,
and foster improvements in youth work and youth policy at local, national and international level.

With this document we certify that Guoda Evelina Armanaviciute took part in the Youth Exchange Healthy Life for
young People organised by FUNDACIÓN CÓRDOBA CLUB DE FÚTBOL.
The exchange project was developed and implemented in cooperation with the following partners:

The aim and the specific objectives of the project were:
The aim of the project are:
- Promote a healthy lifestyle.
- Propose active citizenship.
- Promote the sport among young people.
Youth exchange of Erasmus to be held from 4 to 12 May 2016 in Cordoba (Spain), with the participation of: Fundacion
Córdoba Club de Fútbol (Spain), Associazione Maghweb (Italy), Asociacija "Aktyvus Jaunimas" (Lithuania),
CANAKKALEGENCLIKVESPORKULUBUDERNEGI (Turkey) and ASOCIATIA ONIX (Romania)
The main achievements of the project were the following:
Acquisition of skills and competencies participants within non-formal and informal learning with a European dimension,
improving language and communication skills , improving their living habits. This will contribute to their personal
development, active citizenship and physical fitness

Guoda Evelina Armanaviciute developed the following competences during the Youth Exchange.
COMMUNICATION IN MOTHER TONGUE
Quite a lot of people in the groups from the same country were speaking in mother language.
COMMUNICATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES
There was a need to speak in English, becouse it's common language. And I developed my skills.
MATHEMATICAL COMPETENCE AND BASIC COMPETENCES IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Quite a few situation when we needed to count or analyse data...
There was a week wifi so it was not so importante, to know the usage of internet technologies, but we used it a little bit.
LEARNING TO LEARN
We had a great possibility to develop our skills.
SOCIAL AND CIVIC COMPETENCES
It was great to know different cultures.
SENSE OF INITIATIVE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
I had a possibiliy to be a leader of my team, so it was a great experience...
