Facade Stabilizers
The facade stabilizer allow to maintain the facade, while demolishing and
rebuilding the building.
The facade stabilizer is made of a solid and
strong Resablok tubular structure with
counterweights that stabilize the whole system
• Quick Assembly
• Maximum Security
• Wide range of dimensions.
• Great Resistance to compression,
bend and tensile forces.

38. RESA
Temporary Covers
The structure is mounted with supporting arches consisting of shoulders, ridges, light
beams and supports in vertical elements, connected by horizontal beams. All this elements
belong to the Resablok multidirectional scaffolding system.
Depending on the cover design and location, 2 and
3 m beams will be used, hence, supports will be
installed 2 or 3 m apart.
Applications of Resablok System
39. RESA
Formwork
Formworks are auxiliary structures that support the weight of another structure during
its construction or refurbishment.
Our standards can work like pillars due to their load capacity; these are tied by ledgers
and diagonal braces.

Flame Retardant Shrink Film
A scaffold protected with this film creates a work
area of highly resistant, dry and safe, and that
allow to work under adverse weather conditions.
The installation process starts fixing to scaffold
the film provisionally.
Once covered all surface is applied heat with
heat guns; this causes the shrinking of the film
which obtains all its resistant and tension in a
few seconds.
