Role: Co-Founder and CEO
Responsibilities:
- Visionary behind the 4D Platform.
- Accountable for the implementation of the vision of 4D and developing the real time 3D platform and
big data analytics
- Provided key revenue streams with large B2B customers in furniture retailing and real estate
development industries.
- Executed on negotiating with IBM to be one of the first startups in their Innovation Space.
- Managed the product development team at IBM’s Innovation Space. Oversaw the daily scrum
sessions, implemented a two year product development road map, Gantt Chart, outlined and identified

the key problem that the SAAS model was to solve; built in cost benefit and shareholder value
validation processes.
- Implemented fiscal budget as a reporting issuer.
- Work with team to manage escalations, challenges and roadblocks for successful delivery of MVP on

- Implemented data hooks, classification and tree analysis for the data analytics in coordination with
Watson.

Responsibilities:
- Set up a small boutique merchant bank that specialized in mining, oil/natgas and real estate
transactions.
- Implemented fiscal budget
- Consulted in major billion dollar oil deals in North America in 2014 with some of the largest national
and multinational players in the industry.
- Oversee and support best practices and methodologies
Merrill Lynch, Toronto, Canada
Role: Head of Foreign Exchange and Director of Fixed Income Trading
Responsibilities:
- Trader in the global foreign exchange and fixed income markets with a specialty in Usd/Cad spot
- Implemented a STIRT operation
- Implemented strategic foreign exchange and front end bonding trading opportunities for firm
- Conceptualized and produced analysis demonstrating standard deviation moves in currency directly
after economic data release and currency's ability to sustain. The model achieved an alpha of $3
million per annum in profitability for the firm.
- As part of team, implemented the following trading structures in the Canadian and US markets:
- Cross border tax arbitrage using tax credits
- Long-term structured repo and quant index hedging for infrastructure projects.
- Repo and cash arbitrage using options and swap spreads.
- Forward US/Canada government spread trading.
- Tax exempt mortgages for high net worth individuals using a combination of government trading and
retail repo facilities.
- Cross currency arbitrage structures using government securities and foreign exchange.
- These initiatives contributed approximated $20 million dollars for the firm.
- Over 2 years, managed and built retail foreign exchange market segment including marketing to major
branches across Canada and leverage off these "soft" money flows in order to build seamless trading
model resulting in new and expanded profitability for company.
- Promoted from Vice President to Director of Foreign Exchange after only two years in my role as a
result of achieving $10 million per annum in profitability on consistent basis on a VAR of $10 million
per trade.
Royal Bank of Canada (RBC Global Capital Markets), Toronto, Canada
Role: Foreign Exchange Institutional Sales and Technology Development/Currency Strategist
- Created the first foreign exchange neural network trading model that disseminated one year's
history of foreign exchange order data in USD/DEM in order to predict, with an associated
probability, what future orders would be executed on a 24 hour basis. This third party neural

network trading system was able to analyse current order flow and determine directional
movements in currencies on a short term basis. Provided the “tokens and data hooks” for the
neural network. Data Classification and co-occurrence grouping methodologies implemented.
- Marketed to a core client base that was internationally diversified and transacted in all major
product areas in the foreign exchange markets.
