Sam Chow is a Director of Consulting in Arup that heads the East Asia Region Transport Consulting Group. He is a professional / chartered engineer that holds a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from Monash University in Australia as well as a Masters of Business Administration from University of Ottawa in Canada. Mr Chow has over 27 years of transport consulting as well as senior management experience in Asia Pacific region. He has been running a wide range of projects from individual developments to city-wide transport planning and policies, from parking studies, rail stations planning to ports and airports planning, from pedestrian studies to freight transport plan. His presentation will focus on Sustainability Elements in Formulating Transport Plan for TOD Projects.
