As an employment advisor my role is finding ways to help people from all walks of life back into work. I have to quickly
got to grip with clients backgrounds and career goals, and keeping them motivated and focused on securing sustainable
employment. I provide guidance on everything from CV writing to interviews and encouraging them to meet and push

Business development via cold calling and client visits, forging lasting relationships with both existing and prospective
clients. Negotiating rates and fees. Development of company database through fact finding and area visits. Consistently
hitting targets increased contract revenue by 100%, created a new A-Z desk and delivered a high level of service to all.

Collection and delivery of the customer vehicles for sales and services department. Making sure all vehicles were
thoroughly cleaned prior to return. Supervising small team of 4 valetors.
