Scope:
   trainings offered by the company (4-5 trainings)
   trainer’s profile (3-4 trainers)
   6-month training calendar


Functional Requirements:
   Home page contains introduction of Training company, its mission etc.
   The website should have the trainings and can add more if required in future.
   Should show upcoming events.
   The website should contains trainer, their profile.
   Through web site anyone (end user) can access the training’s and trainers’ data,
    experience etc. (read only for end users).
   The time management for trainings in form of calendar for 6-months (which is
    given in scope).
   Different Tabs like Clientele, Contact us, About us, Careers etc

Project Schedule:
   2 week project
   Agile method selected particularly SCRUM.
   M.S Project Professional 2010 is used for scheduling.

Two types of communications are planned:

For requirement gathering between vendor and consultant will be done in the
first two days of the first week. And the second last day of the second week with
final product.

                                    certified consultant.

04      Web developer               Experience in php, python, and Java and HTML 5 script for 5
                                    years.

05      Web developer               Java, ASP.net and HTML experience for 3 years.

06      Graphic Designer            Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Maya, Auto
                                    CAD. Experience of 5 years.



07      QA tester                   CSQA, CSTE, CISA, COBIT, had previous experience for 15
                                    years in testing software.
Risk Assessment:
   RMMM info sheet is used for risk planning.

        Description: Employee Turnover

        Key personnel leave the project taking critical information with them that
        significantly delays or derails the project.
        Refinement /Context:

        Sub Condition 1: Developer gets another attractive job.

        Sub Condition 2: Any conflict occurs between consultant with developer or manager.
        Mitigation & Monitoring:

        Increased collaboration and information sharing on the team.
        Management/Contingency Plan/Trigger:
        Manage a backup plan inform of extra developers and designers. Developers must have same
        knowledge e.g. of language as were previous had, same with designer.

Introduction: Scope:  trainings offered by the company (4-5 trainings)  trainer’s profile (3-4 trainers)  6-month training calendar Functional Requirements:  Home page contains introduction of Training company, its mission etc.  The website should have the trainings and can add more if required in future.  Should show upcoming events.  The website should contains trainer, their profile.  Through web site anyone (end user) can access the training’s and trainers’ data, experience etc. (read only for end users).  The time management for trainings in form of calendar for 6-months (which is given in scope).  Different Tabs like Clientele, Contact us, About us, Careers etc
  • 3. Project Plan Project Team  Project Manager  Assistant Project Manager  Consultant  2 Web developers and 1 graphics designer  1 QA tester Project Schedule:  2 week project  Agile method selected particularly SCRUM.  M.S Project Professional 2010 is used for scheduling.

Communication Plan: Two types of communications are planned:  Regular/Ongoing meetings: Communications Purpose Audience Author Communication Frequency vehicle location Scrum Meeting Monitor the Whole team Project Emails, Posting Daily for 15 progress and For two weeks Manager on websites, min report. Meetings  One time event driven communications: For requirement gathering between vendor and consultant will be done in the first two days of the first week. And the second last day of the second week with final product.

Team Member Qualification 01 Project Manager PMI certified, 20 years implementation experience in ERP and managing projects. 02 Assistant Project Manager PMI certified, 10 years implementation experience in managing ERP projects. 03 Consultant Web developing experience for 7 years in php, .net, SAP SD certified consultant. 04 Web developer Experience in php, python, and Java and HTML 5 script for 5 years. 05 Web developer Java, ASP.net and HTML experience for 3 years. 06 Graphic Designer Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Maya, Auto CAD. Experience of 5 years. 07 QA tester CSQA, CSTE, CISA, COBIT, had previous experience for 15 years in testing software.
  • 7. Risk Assessment:  RMMM info sheet is used for risk planning. Risk Information Sheet Risk ID: R0003 Date: 25/4/2013 Prob: 80% Impact: high Description: Employee Turnover Key personnel leave the project taking critical information with them that significantly delays or derails the project. Refinement /Context: Sub Condition 1: Developer gets another attractive job. Sub Condition 2: Any conflict occurs between consultant with developer or manager. Mitigation & Monitoring: Increased collaboration and information sharing on the team. Management/Contingency Plan/Trigger: Manage a backup plan inform of extra developers and designers.
