Functional Requirements:
Home page contains introduction of Training company, its mission etc.
The website should have the trainings and can add more if required in future.
Should show upcoming events.
The website should contains trainer, their profile.
Through web site anyone (end user) can access the training’s and trainers’ data,
experience etc. (read only for end users).
The time management for trainings in form of calendar for 6-months (which is
given in scope).
Different Tabs like Clientele, Contact us, About us, Careers etc

Agile method selected particularly SCRUM.

04 Web developer Experience in php, python, and Java and HTML 5 script for 5
years.
05 Web developer Java, ASP.net and HTML experience for 3 years.
06 Graphic Designer Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Maya, Auto
CAD. Experience of 5 years.
07 QA tester CSQA, CSTE, CISA, COBIT, had previous experience for 15
years in testing software.

Increased collaboration and information sharing on the team.
Management/Contingency Plan/Trigger:
Manage a backup plan inform of extra developers and designers. Developers must have same
knowledge e.g. of language as were previous had, same with designer.
