Instructions:

​ Cook the Chicken:

● Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on
each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal
temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the
skillet and set it aside.
​ Make the Sauce:
● In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes,
or until fragrant.
● Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring well to combine.
● Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes,
allowing it to thicken slightly.
​ Add Parmesan Cheese:
● Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to cook the sauce for
another 2-3 minutes, or until it becomes creamy and smooth. Adjust the
seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
​ Return the Chicken:
● Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet, turning them in the
creamy sauce to coat evenly.
​ Serve:
● Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
​ Enjoy:
