I am an experienced business transformation specialist with over 20 years experience leading complex change programmes. I established Glass Bead Consulting in 2006 to focus on the design and implementation of new HR Operating Models and deliver business goals.
I have worked with some great organisations including; BP, John Lewis Partnership, Novartis, United Health Group, ESAB and the UK Public Sector including NHS (National Health Service) Trusts, Department for Transport and HM Prison Service.
