5. What Did A Present?
SE4254: You Want Design? Structural Engineers Can Do
Functional Graphics in Autodesk® Revit® Structure Too!
•How often do you open a Revit Structure model and are unsure what is
constrained, what is in abeyance, or what is still to be designed? Revit
Structure stores this information within the model, but it can be hard for a
non-technical user to understand or interpret easily. This class will show best
practices for communicating this information visually to the project team for
both stand-alone and workshared models. The class will also look at how to
set up your project browser to accommodate view-specific types for
constraints and design checks, how to manage reference planes within the
project environment, and how best to present your constraining views. The
class focuses on helping you communicate the status of your Revit Structure
models as well as improving the quality assurance procedures for managing
your model.
6. What Did G Present?
SE3520: Modelling Concrete and
Steel Projects using Autodesk®
Revit® Structure
•This class will cover a combination of best
practices on how to model in Revit Structure,
including project setup, using scope boxes and
filters, various types of schedules, and general
modelling principles.
