International Women’s Day
A short cake cutting ceremony was held
to celebrate Women. The theme of the
Year was #BreakTheBias which supported
by employees’ striking the pose. Both
men and women employees pledged their
support on the freedom wall
A self-defense workshop was held for Firstsource
women employees to gain confidence and control over
their fears. They were taught self-defense techniques
that will give them the tools and skills their need to
confidently assess dangerous situations.
A video series entitled Rainbow
Revelations. Featuring colleagues
from the LGBTQIA+ community, the
Talk Show seeks to raise awareness
about the discrimination that they
face on a day-to-day basis.
#AllyChallenge - a series of micro
challenges/actions/activities in
support of the LGBTQ+ community.
Employees, who identify as LGBTQIA+, and allies were invited
to showcase their unique talents and ‘dress to express’. They
did a lip-sync battle of their favorite artist.
