CHRIS (TRIBAL CURE MANAGER)
Master at Tribal Coordinating. Transforming Hope into real tribal culture
[Tribal cure manager]
Writing newsletter on progress of community / tribal building in ''Z'' Village, to organize marginalized and those who who would be better served in an alternate tribal social structure geared to support their talents, and needs.
Conceptualized and built in the 1960s and 1970s by Kettler Brothers Incorporated, ''Z'' Village is a unique planned community in the heart of ''Z'' County. This pioneer “new town” ushered in previously unheard of planning and housing types in the county and became a model for many future housing developments in DC metropolitan area and beyond. ''Z'' Village is home to more than 40,000 residents, and is conveniently located close to DC and B, with the technology corridor in between. The Village will celebrate its 25th Anniversary in 2016.
Flourish in ''Z'' Village!
With growing employment and plenty of amenities, ''Z'' Village is home to an abundance of rolling green hills, beautiful parks, lakes and cherry blossoms. With an abundance of housing choices, ''Z'' Village is the ideal place for singles looking to establish themselves, families to expand and thrive or seniors to begin the next phase of their lives.
Message 1: O.K., here I go Georges
Message 2: My theory is that the west is based on negative response to negative acknowledgement. Sociologist Tarde (french e) wrote of 'The Mirror Principle'. People mimic those they respect and to whom they look 'up'.
Message 3: I will put a social structure for people to work level by level to reach maturity, skills, leadership, etc. they were never given the opportunity to reach in order to have a healthy and full life. Role models and 'life teachers' will be group leader of each level - maintaining male and female separately in housing. Each neighborhood would have a 'safe tribal house' with two sides.

Message 4- Four leaders in each neighborhood.
Message 5: Elders would guide leaders. All pacifist with high standards of behavior. If you mess up badly either back to mainstream society, or back to square one - as a boardgame.
Message 6:Emphasis on positive and strengths. I've been marginalized for 50 years - only my disrupting teacher in orphanage at 15 pointed out how many strengths I had after my mother rejected out of insecurity. Shock was the usual response to my talents and intellect. It shouldn't be that way.

Message 7: Why should a tool to destroy other cultures be the only subculture to mainstream? Why not a healing one also?
