1) Make a good night’s sleep your top goal for the night before
You need a solid eight hours of sleep to maximise your cognitive performance,
your focus and your ability to handle a stressful situation with confidence. If
you’re well rested you’ll feel more relaxed, your answers will come more easily,
and your fresh appearance and demeanour will make a better impression.
2) Research the company
First, you’ll need to research the target company. Go through the company’s
website, editorials and annual reports.
3)Research the interviewer
If you are given the recruiters’ name beforehand, look into their social media
profiles (LinkedIn, Face book, etc.)
4) Arrive early
Make sure to arrive at least 15-25 minutes before the interview begins.
Clothing should be neat, clean, and
pressed.
Avoid loud colors and flashy ties.
You should go with a clean shave face.
 Getting a haircut before the interview is
essential and nails should be clipped and
cleaned.
 Be formal and professional – wear a dress with blazer or
without blazer minimal jewelry, and a neat hairstyle.
Your dress should be comfortable and fit you well
You should do a light make up on you face.
You should wear a matching shoes with your dress.
•Be on time
If you'll be late, show that you are respectful of the interviewer's time. Call to say when you'll
be arriving.
•Introduce yourself
to the receptionist and to everyone you meet in the interview.
•Shake hands
with everyone, using a firm—but not forceful—grip, and make strong eye contact.
•Sit when you are asked to sit, not before.
•Place your loose items on the floor next to your seat,
in your lap, or on the side table, coffee table, or in front of you at a conference table;
do not put them on the interviewer's desk unless it is offered to you. Your briefcase
or bag should be kept at your feet, not on a chair or table.
•Keep all of your mobile and other electronic devices turned
completely off.
•Keep a positive and friendly attitude.
•Thank the interviewer
for taking the time to meet with you, both at the beginning of the interview and again at the
end.
Leaving the Interview
After the interview has concluded, shake hands with the
interviewer(s) and thank them for their time.
