There are nearly 5 million SMEs in the UK, which
employ over 14 million people. They have a
combined annual turnover exceeding £1.5
trillion.
SMEs bring innovation into the economy. They

Productivity enablers such as ERP and CRM
systems commonly used in project management
help track time lines, workflows, milestones, and
spending have a long track record of helping
